good gaming keyboard and mouse

Unfortunately a true "gaming" keyboard and mouse are going to be higher in price. It really depends on what you personally consider "high of cost" though.
What I can tell you is to stay clear of any Razer product. Long story short, when you have issues with their product (which you will), tough luck.
Anyhow, Logitech seems to be a good choice. I've heard a bunch of good things about both their products and their customer service if something goes wrong.
