A few weeks ago I had a psu failure which claimed the life of my gpu.
I ordered a new psu and CPu
Antec VP-450
And
Phenom II X2 B55 unlocked to athlon x4 555

So I have been testing things all day and I had just finished partitioning one of my hard drives and rebooted to bios changed cool and quiet back to on and CPU ratio to auto, then fixed my boot sequence.

Hit f10 saved looked away for a minute and boom I have a nice black screen.

I have been messing around changing outlets and checking cables and only plugging in the bare minimum.
Every time I I try to boot I get a black screen. Keyboard doesn't light up, board doesn't beep and screen is blank.
My fans spin and phase LEDs light up too.

So is my board dead and what can I do to check?
