CPU: Corei3-3220
Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 1GB GDDR5
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4GB-1600MHz
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard
WD 80GB SATA-I 1.5Gb/s(from an old PC)

I want to know if this hard disk would work on this motherboard as I want to save money for hard disk and upgrade it later to 1TB or maybe use an external USB 3.0 hard disk.

I'm not a hardcore gamer. Just playing casually mid-normal settings would be fine for me. Obviously if this rig would give me better performance it's more than welcome.

I chose i3-3220 over FX4300/6300 after reviewing a lot of benchmarks and considering the upgrade path to i5-3570K(it'll definitely get cheaper i suppose).

I wanted to know if this rig would be suitable to an average PC consumer with a little bit of gaming thrown into it like Far Cry 3, NFS MW, Crysis.. . .other FPS' . . .etc.

And a PSU is left so please tell me the best wattage and in budget.

I've a 250W PSU which I think will be useless for this rig. If it can be of any use please tell.

Intel processors don't get cheaper, and a K series CPU you will not be able to overclock with that mobo. That GPU is also not going to play those games you listed on medium settings rather on low. Throw that 250W psu away right away before it blows something up :p . For this build a CX430 would suffice.
