I get low fps on ultra settings on games like Saints Row The Third or GTA IV or Bioshock Infinite.. I thought my build was pretty good, here it is

CPU: AMD FX 6300(tm) 6-core 3.5GHz ~
GPU: AMD Radeon 7700
PSU: Corsair something 750w
RAM: Corsair Vengence 8 GB 1 stick
I <3 AMD..

Anyway do you guys see if one of my parts aren't so good for gaming? Or is it something with me not installing update for my motherboard? I've seen fps fix videos with them installing their motherboards my motherboard is a Gigabyte so idk if its the same anyway thanks guys!

650ti boost is only a few $ away from that price bracket and is a pretty decent upgrade from the 7770 (that is if you really really cant go beyond $200). and i think it will actually run them on max on 1280x1024.

there is no 7700. your gpu is either the 7750 or the 7770. both are not very good cards for 1080p gaming. upgrade to a 7850/7870 if you want to see better results in those games.

Mid-low end CPU paired with a mid-low end graphics card. You are not going to be playing any newer games on ultra with that setup. Sorry.
