Hi guys!
So i get this lag in every game i play, even games wich doesn't require a good rig at all, like Fallout NV! I wonder if it might me caused by my graphics card, cus ive runned tests on my cpu and ram, and asked the community and according to prime95, memtest and the community, theres nothing wrong with cpu or ram. Some say that my cpu are to weak, but I've tried overclocking it to 4,2 ghz, and tested it on prime95, and it was stable, but no change. Others say that theres not enough ram, but i know lots of guys with 1x4gb ram, and they play bf3 on multiplayer abselutely fine. It does no good changing the video settings or the resolution. I've updated all the drivers for the motherboard and the gpu and the BIOS, for those who were going to ask. I've had this problem since i built the computer, and I've posted maybe 10 threads on this site, and asked friends of mine for help, but no one could solve my problem! PLEASE HELP! My specs are:
Asus hd 7850
Gigabyte 970A-UD3
AMD fx-4100
Corsair 600w psu
1x4gb corsair ddr3 ram
1tb seagate

by lag do you mean sudden frame drops, or just constantly runing at low frames, for an un smooth experience?

yea 4gb of ram is kind of a bottleneck for some games, but in battlefield 3 should still run pretty good on ur pc, i still suggest you get another 4gb stick like the one you have, and its defenitly not ur cpu, its good enough for everygame out there at stock clocks, your overclock is an overkill for gaming, and might gain you 1-3 extra FPS at games.

also, have you checked temps?

Finally some one with some sence in his head! You're propably the only one, who hasn't mentioned my cpu been my bottleneck! Yes i have checked temps with core temp and the standard program who comes with the gpu. I don't know if core temp is a good program to use, cus it says my cpu is at 17 degrees at idle. Is it possible to get it that cool with stock fan? If core temp is qualified to use, then my cpu is not overheating... My gpu should be stable at the temperature. I think it lays on ca. 45 degrees at worst. The cpu was at 40.

those temps are way too cold and dont make sense, use HW montior to look at temps.

also make sure you have latest drivers for ur gpu installed.

I monitored my cpu and gpu with HW monitor. The cpu was at 13 degrees at minimum and 42 degrees at max. The gpu was at 48 degrees at min. and 72 degrees at max. It almost doesn't change from playing singleplayer to multiplayer, just one or two degrees, wich is kind of funny, cus it should be much more stressed in multiplayer, and therefore hotter... When playing campaign, it runs smoothely, but on multiplayer, it lags all the time, no matter what video settings I choose nor the resolution.
