Hi guys! I picked out these components for my first budget PC gaming rig. What do you think of this combination?

PSU: Solid Gear 750W ATX SDGR-750E

MOBO: Asus Intel B85-Plus Motherboard - ATX, Socket LGA1150, Intel B85 Express Chipset, 1600MHz DDR3, SATA 6.0 Gb/s, 8-Channel Audio, Gigabit LAN, CrossFireX Ready, USB 3.0

CPU: Intel BX80637I33220 Core i3-3220 Processor - Dual Core, 3MB L3 Cache, 3.30GHz, Socket H2 (LGA1155), 55W, 650-1050 MHz, Fan

GPU: Asus Radeon HD 7770 HD7770-2GD5 Video Card - 2GB GDDR5, PCI-Express 3.0(x16), 1x Dual-link DVI-I, 1x Dual-link DVI-D, 1x HDMI, 1x DisplayPort, DirectX 11, CrossFireX, Overclocked

HDD: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Drive - Designed for everyday computing - 3.5", SATA 6Gb/s, 7200RPM, 64MB Cache - WD10EZEX

RAM: Patriot PSD38G16002 Signature Desktop Memory Module - 8GB, PC3-12800, DDR3-1600MHz, 240-pin DIMM, 1.5V, CL11, Non-ECC, Unbuffered

I haven't picked out a mid-tower ATX case yet, and I want an internal WI-FI card, and will run Windows 8. I am not going to overclock the CPU. I might Crossfire the video cards down the road. Is this a good budget build? Any suggestions? Thanks!

The motherboard and CPU are not compatible, perhaps look at this motherboard

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157303 cheap and it has a few features

Get this video card, it is in the same price range (cheaper on new egg)

The 7790 vs the 7770 is a good step in the right direction. Here is a benchmark comparison between the two.

Hey thanks for the reply! I wanted to get a higher powered PSU in case I wanted to Crossfire later on. I might also add a sound card and internal wi-fi card too.

I haven't actually purchased the components yet, the list above is my shopping list. I want to stick with ASUS motherboards, I have had good luck with them, unless you can recommend anything else. I know Gigabyte mobos are popular, too. ASUS has such cool BIOS.

Yes you can because it has 2 pcie and pci slot buut i would reccomend crossfire not sli because the secnd pcie slot won't give good bandwidth and when you crossfire upgrade to an i5 3470
