I am experiencing very slow autofocus with my Canon 6D whenever I use it with my flash, even in good lighting conditions. The lens I use is the 24-105mm F/4 L IS USM lens (kit lens) and the Canon 600EX-RT flash. I have tried the different modes on the flash but they all have the same effect. What can it be and how can I fix/improve it?

1. See if you can update your camera firmware.
2. Have your camera and lense check. It could be mechanical problem on the lense motor.

actually it should be fast coz the flash would avoid the low light bottleneck issues nd actually the 6d doesnt require a flash unless during night or extreme noisy conditions...nd btw howz it focussing widout the flash...if its +ve den it would be the lens...take ur lens to a gud service centre
