GA-78lmt-usb3 computer attemps to start and turns off

I installed a GA-78LMT-USA motherboard, a GEforce GTX650 graphics card, and when I turn the computer on, I see the 3 fans start and then the computer turns off. Help

Try starting the board outside the case. Install single RAM stick, graphics card, DVD drive, keyboard and mouse.
It might be a short related issue (a standoff shorting the board).

I don't recommend putting in the gpu outside of the case as it doesn't have screws to hold it in. If something nudges the table or whatever its on its quite possible the gpu/mobo pcie connector could snap under the stress.
