Ive built my own pc about a week ago and was running fine until the other day. i was able to play most games on their highest settings with no problem. however in the last couple of days im unable to load any games without the error message coming up saying my display drivers have stopped working. this also happens randomly sometimes while on the internet. my display drivers are up to date and i have tried uninstalling then reinstalling them.
I have tried reseating my graphics card with no luck. i believe the problem may have been caused by me over clocking it but it has since been restored to default settings using precision x.

pc specs: gigabyte z77x-ud5h motherboard
evga 660 ti super clocked graphics card
2x 4g corsair vengeance ram
intel i5 3570k processor
corsair 500w psu

graphics card runs at about 31-37 degrees Celsius

can anyone suggest any fixes?

are you running the 320.18 drivers? I installed them and it made my games crash, so I reverted back to the 314.22 version and I was away again with no problems!

I have tried that with limited success, while it does improve how it runs it still crashes randomly. my card was also running fine on the 320.18 drivers a few days ago with no problems.

are you sure you were running 320.18 fine before? the reason me saying this is that when I first installed 314.22 back on it still crashed. I had to uninstall the drivers 320.18 and run a driver cleaner program, and then install the 314.22 with a "clean install" which is found in the custom installation.

Have you tried running furmark and seeing if that holds out ok?
