Good mobo + CPU combo for overclocking?

Hi, I'll be building my first PC soon and I would like to overclock as much as I can. I have already chosen a graphics card (HIS Radeon HD 7850) as I have heard that this card is good for overclocking. I have yet to chose a CPU and motherboard and I am worried about picking components that aren't good for overclocking, so I would appreciate any suggestions on a good CPU and motherboard combo thanks.

And Id follow these guys recommendation and get the 2Gb 650 Ti Boost over the 7850
