Hello, this going to be my first time building my own computer and any help would be appreciated. I am looking to play lots of games like skyrim, far cry 3, ac3, sleeping dogs, gta iv, bioshock, etc and I was wondering if this build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/170Wn would be able to run all of these games at close to or at max settings 1080p. I would like to keep this under 800 so any suggestions to lower the price would be helpful. Also how long will this build last me? I already have a copy of windows 7 and a optical drive so those are not needed.

They'd be fine if they aren't overclocking. Loud is subjective, pretty sure it would be quiet in comparison to my current one :L

I do note, you don't need a 700w PSU if your running one card, unless you intend to eventually start with crossfiring them, a 500w would be sufficient.

And your network adapter, is for wired? Correct Me if I've misread, your motherboard has LAN built in so you dont need a network card unless your going wireless on your desktop....
