HP6200 MT-Can to mobo be changed?

Just bought a HP 6200. Apparently, it has some sort of weird power set-up that does not allow for a PSU upgrade. Is there a mobo out there that not only fits, but does not power peripherals though the mobo, thus allowing me to upgrade the PSU and power the peripherals individually from a Corsair?

1. Fit is entirely dependent on whether it is ATX compliant. The specs at HP do not say yea or nay.
2. "but does not power peripherals though the mobo" - I've never seen anything like this.

You could, theoretically, bolt a new PSU to the outside of the case. Run the wires through a new hole you drilled in the side or back.

Why did you buy this non-upgradable thing with the intention of upgrading it?
