I am new to computer building, i purchased a few parts already and I am looking for a motherboard. I want one that has support 2 usb 3.0 headers and 2 usb 2.0 headers since my case has the headers. How do I find out? Will it be in the description on the motherboard? Will it be called headers or something else?

Here is what I have so far:
Fractal Define Design R4 case
430W Corsair PSU
Zallman CPU cooler

More about : motherboard usb headers

Yes, it is in the specs. There is typically one section for the ports on the back and one for the internal ports.

3.0 native boards are supposed be "backwards" compatible to 2.0. "Header" can mean pins (on mobo) to plug in your case usb ports wire not just ports available on the back of the board. I have seen complaints of 2.0 stuff not always working on 3.0 ports.

Thanks for the answers guys. I haven't purchased the CPU yet still deciding, but leaning towards AMD. Right now thinking of getting the AMD A10 5800K so I would need an FM2 mobo.

So of it is in the description, will it actually say usb 3.0 headers? Or will it say it has some specific port, which supports the headers?

Edit: If the motherboard sayys internal usb does that means it supports the usb headers? I saw another board that someone said supports front headers. I didn;t see in the description it saying front headers, but it did say internal usb 3.0 support
