One of the things I've found while looking into motherboards (reading reviews/overclockers.com) is that you're not going to have a great experience overclocking without spending upwards of $120. This might not be completely correct, but $50 will get you USB 2.0 and SATA 2; $75 will get you newer chipsets, SATA 3 and USB 3.0, but no real overclocking ability (no heat sinks, 3+1 phase); $120 is around the range where things start clicking. Above that I have no idea what you gain, as it's way out of my price range. It's possible this is terrible advice, but I don't see any point in buying a $75 range board (unless you have a SSD/need more SATA slots, PCI slots, USb ports, etc).
