Whilst I know about their power supplies, I'm not sure about XFX as a graphics card brand. There are a lot of negative reviews about the coolers so I'd consider a different option.

I'd suggest 8GB of memory if possible. Alternatively buy 1x4 instead of 2x2, so you can add another 1x4 later.

If you're hoping to overclock then you'll want a Z77 motherboard, ASRock or MSI to keep within budget.

You don't need 850W unless you're hoping to CrossFire two cards in the future?
