Hello everyone,

I pretty much made my mind on buying an Antec HCG-620M. But looking at reviews and forum, there seems to be mixed feelings about it.

Some say its an excellent PSU, others say its a weak platform. I even saw people that Antec doesn't make good PSUs.

I know its based on a Seasonic S12-II platform, which itself is very good and most reviews say the HCG-620M is pretty good.

The reviews I read seems to say its a good mid level PSU. But how good exactly is a mid-level PSU? Is it stable enough for multi-GPUs config? For overclocking? Will it last for at least 5 years (ignoring capacitor aging)?

My CPU is an i5 3570K. I do plan to do some overclocking (~4.5GHz) with it and adding a next generation (GTX 700/Radeon 9000) card with around the performance of a 660Ti/7870 and overclocking it.

Antec makes fine PSU's. The HCG are made by Seasonic which are the best right now. It is great.
