Hallo everyone, I want to build a pc. & I have selected all my components as well.

Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB HDD
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB (2 x 2 GB)
Intel i3 3220
HP dvd1260i DVD Burner
Samsung S20B300B 20" Monitor
Cooler Master Elite 310 Cabinet

But now the main problem is about Psu. I was decided to go with- Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2UK 430 Watts PSU.
I was reading user reviews on flipkart.com and then I found that many people says, These PSUs have "Active PFC" and bcz of this there is an annoying problem which arises because of the UPS used. This may cause the power supply to SHUT-OFF immediately as soon as the mains power goes off, or some annoying humming sound is present. Some users say this may even damage the PSU.

Now please tell what the hell is this?? Is this really happens? I'm planning to buy APC 600wt Ups. So please help me guys to choose a better psu which have none of these problems like active PFC or any other issu.

Please suggest me a good psu under 3500 at Flipkart.com. I don't want to install graphics card, I'll think about it later. And I dont want to overclock.

Just bcz of Psu I cant build my pc ;'(

Please please please help

Thanks in advance

OK i connected the UPS to my computer and everything went well. No smoke no explosion no burnt hardware at all!
The only thing is that when the UPS is operating on batteries the psu with the Active PFC makes a strange sound but it works though. Is this normal or is the sign of something bad happening ?
