How to reverse my auto tune

Hi all i am new to this and i think i did the asus auto tune to much

My pc keeps crashing blue screen. How do i reverse the autotune and back to stock? Will everything go back to normal if i do a reformat? because in autotune i do not see anything to go back.

the autotune is a set of mobo settings and not windows settings, go into bios, and figure out how to set all to default. you do not need to reformat unless windows has been corrupted.

Flick the jumper (if your motherboard has one) or remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes, that should restore motherboard settings back to factory.

I think it has the jumper your talking about

my motherboard is a ASUS M5A97 EVO

ok so i went into the UEFI bios and set the overclock i did last time with the memory back. and its perfect now, still overclocked but memory is not now and does not crash anymore, memory being overclocked was causing all the issues
