My PC starts just by moving the mouse?

Hi

I am new to Win8 Pro

How to Prevent my computer from start when moving the mouse

If my mouse move just 1 Pixel my Desktop turn On and win8 starts loading

I want to Disable Win8 from starting by moving the mouse

RightClick on the Mouse - select Properties
Click on the Hardware Tab
Select Properties
Click on Change Settings (admin password)
Click on the Power Management Tab
Deselect "Allow this device to wake the computer"
