So... last parts im missing in order to complete my build are the GPU and a monitor. here is what i am not sure about.
I am a gamer. So gaming will be my number one priority. im mostly into moba(League of Legends) and GTA / Assassins Creed type of games.

So here is what i dont know. Which of these 2 are the better choice for me?

GTX 780 and ASUS VG248QE (24" 144hz TN panel)

or

GTX 770 4GB OC and ASUS PB278Q (27" 60(75?)hz 2560x1440 IPS panel)

?

Solution
Well ... that's a tough one.

Normally a gamer would go for a 144 Hz TN panel for the smoother gameplay and faster refresh rate, and of course the 780 will outperform the 770.

However, based on the games you listed, you might benefit/enjoy more from the PLS panel's more vibrant picture and increased resolution. Plus it still comes in at a respectable 5ms GTG response time.

Were I you, I'd probably go for the GTX 770 and ASUS PB278Q ... but the 780 along with the 144hz refresh ... that does sound enticing too, but then I play more shooters.

Yeah, for your usage I stick my my answer, 770 and PLS. That extra resolution and better quality picture will be perfect for you.

Both cards can handle the games. The GTX 780 is clearly the better of the two. But if those are the only games you are interested in, I would invest in a better monitor. You can make better use of it unless you plan to only game 24/7 on it.

That said, you can also opt for a GTX 770 and two 24" or 23" IPS monitors instead of a giant big one.
