I have an intel h61.
In aida 64 in the report appears 1600mhz ram speed, but I read there is not k h61 supporting 1600mhz.
then went to BIOS and it appeared 4gb (1600mhz speed)
and how this will be possible and k my board supports 1600mhz RAM?

Solution
It not the mb or the chipset now. With sandy and ivry bridge CPU thr memory controller is built into the CPU. The 2500 line CPU had a controller rated for 1333. The ib CPU have a 1600 speed controller per intel spec. You can go faster that that but you risk burning out a part of your CPU.
