Heres a link to my pcpartpicker page. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/178hm
I cant go over 620$. I was wondering if there are any parts that are better for the same price or cheaper. Or if I happen to have some items that arent compatiable. Will the power supply I have picked out, actually output 500w? Also are there any powersupplies that are cheaper that are just as good. Is there any case thats better for the same price or cheaper?. Thanks! (This is my first build btw) I have done tons of research and have been waiting for this day for so long! =)

I have a $500 build that you can mix and match parts with, just stick with the parts with really high ratings, and you should be fine, as for PSUs, stick with corsair, thermaltake, rosewill, or seasonic. Motherboards, Asus & Gigabyte are very good.
