Corsair makes excellent CPUs, and your setup is pretty nice, but for your 60+fps it depends on what games, what resolution, and what settings. At 1080p the only games I'm thinking of that can't be maxed out that high are crisis 3, witcher 2 (ubersampling kills fps), and metro 2033.

I do not plan on playing those games. I plan on playing horror games, browser games and minecraft.

If you aren't gonna use the PC for high end gaming then your setup is definitely an overkill.

That is not what I or anyone else would call "hardcore gaming (60+fps)".

You have about 2x the PC needed for those games, you could save quite a bit of money with following the other suggetions, although I would get a i5 CPU instead of the AMD if you want to move on to some more demanding games.

Swap out the 770 for a GTX660 but make sure you get it at the current lower price of about $200, and change the i7 for an i5-3570K. That will lower your cost by quite a bit and leave some headroom for more demanding use. The motherboard could be cheaper also.
