Hello everyone, this is my first gaming rig that I will be building myself and I am pretty excited. I need some revising to do since the current build I have goes way over my budget. I have an ASUS VG248QE (144Hz/1080p) and I want to be able to fully utilize all its features. I want to be able to play Battlefield 3 and Crysis 3 at max settings and at 120 Hz if possible. Here is the current build that I have from Newegg and I am willing take out some parts for cheaper components.

Case: SilverStone Fortress Series FT02B-W-USB ($259.99)
MB: ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO LGA 1150 Intel Z87 ($229.99)
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K ($229.99)
Cooler: COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO ($34.99)
Ram: G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 2133 ($84.99)
GPU: EVGA SuperClocked 03G-P4-2783-KR GeForce GTX 780 ($659.99)
PSU: CORSAIR Professional Series Gold AX850 ($159.99)
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD128BW 2.5" 128GB ($149.99)
HDD: Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM ($94.99)
BRD: ASUS Black Blu-ray Drive ($56.99)
KB: Corsair Vengeance K70 ($129.99)
Mouse: Corsair Vengeance M65 ($69.99)
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium ($199.99)

As you may have noticed, this build is already over $2000.
Okay so here are some alternates that I have in mind:

Case: Corsair Obsidian Series 650D ($159.99)
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge ($219.99)
MB: MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming LGA 1155 ($179.99)
GPU: 2x SLI ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 ($819.98)

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
