MSI Z68A-GD80 vs ASRock Z77 Extreme4

I can purchase both of these boards at the same price. ASRock board is brand new, and MSI is 4 months old.

I know that Extreme4 is good board, but I see that price of Z68A-GD80 was much higher while it was available. Would it be better choice, even though it has older chipset?

If you want to do some extreme OC-ing then the Z68A-GD80 could do this even better than Z77 extreme6, but if 4.8ghz or less on a 3570k is acceptable then just stick to the new Z77 Extreme4. Plus if you're from US then Newegg is giving away a 8gb ddr3 stick with the purchase of that board, which makes it even more valuable.
