It seems odd to spend such a ridiculous amount of money and not get an i7 processor or a very high-end GPU such as the 780, or even the 7990/690/Titan. The SSDs are ridiculously unnecessary. If you are set on having your SSDs in Raid 0, then buy two 128gb or 256gb versions, as this would be much more cost friendly, and would also have plenty of room for your OS and all of your applications. The case is also quite a low end, small, plain case for this build, but I guess it's your money.

You shouldn't get an APU (which contains high end integrated graphics) if you plan to have a discrete graphics card.

You don't need a 1350W PSU. 650W should be enough.

You shouldn't put SSDs in RAID 0.

You don't need a network card, this is integrated into the motherboard.

Here's a better setup -

I would go with 780 SLI instead of 1 GTX 690.
1 SSD with at least 128 GB/256 GB for operating system and programs, 1 HDD for games (2 TB), 1 HDD for downloads/music/video (2 TB). If you need more space you jsut buy another HDD in the future.

Rendering will consume more of you CPU. Why would you need RAID for this? And if you plan rendering for professional work you need a Quadro card (with its proper driver support) which renders pixels at 100%. Gaming GPU's drivers won't render pixels at 100% since they are not optimized for that.
