Cpu compatible with graphics cards...

I have heard that cpu sometimes cant work with some graphics cards or RAM because of many reasons.I have got AMD 8320 and asus sabertuth 990fx r2.0.
I am searching on ebay for bids and i found 3 gpu nvidia gtx 650ti boost,gtx660 or 660ti.

both of 3 gards works fine for this cpu and motherboard?

the cpu and graphics card will talk to each other as long as the motherboard supports both. same goes for ram... in other words motherboards determine compatibility.

but yes the 650ti will work with the that board and you already know that processor does.
