Asrock z77 Extreme 4-M a good board for OC? 4.5ghz

Yes it is really a nice mobo.
But according to me if u didn't buy this mobo then go with Asus or Gigabyte mobos.
Bcs ASRock has some more features but it don't have long life. So go with Asus or Gigabyte they have decent performance and long life too.

Get the model that isn't 'M'. eg the AsRock z77 Extreme 4.
Micro ATX boards typically don't OC as well as regular ATX versions.

Providing of course your case can fit an ATX motherboard... which most mid towers can.
