Intel Smart Response Technology - lets you setup a caching drive. Best used if you have a small SSD running as cache for a HDD that the OS is installed on. This can be helpful, but better to just get a SSD for the OS as it is much faster.

Intel v Pro is used for setting up virtual machines - Used mainly with servers.

Intel Rapid Storage Technology - Setting up RAID arrays. Combining HDDs/SDDs into logical volumes. Can be used to increase performance, or for data integrity. If using 1 SSD or HDD, this is not needed.

Outside of those features, there is nothing that will differentiate H77 with...

Outside of those features, there is nothing that will differentiate H77 with B75 when it comes to performance. They will work the exact same.

H77 is easier to get as there are more of them on the market, but you may be able to find a cheaper B75 board.
