GeForce GTX 650 or Radeon HD6670 on a Intel Core 2 Duo

I am planning to upgrade my graphics card for a card worth to run latest games on high settings or medium with no lag which should i buy GeForce GTX 650 or Radeon HD6670. I have an Intel Core 2 Duo with 2gb ram. Many Thanks in advance :D  have a good day. BTW I know that my processor is incredibly old but many videos I've watched have either own Intel Core 2 Duo with GTX 650 or with Radeon HD6670. Many Thanks in advance :D  have a good day again.

From those two cards, the GTX 650 will be much faster.

can my processor run it? I mean i only have a PCI Express 2.0 and only have Geforce 210 ddr2.

So long as your PSU can handle the card (nVidia Recommends a 400w or better PSU), there should be no issues.

You may want to look into overclocking your CPU after the GPU upgrade though.
Depending on your motherboard/heatsink, it is a fairly quick way to gain a further performance boost with no cost.
