Looking for a low budget PC Monitor or TV (compatible with a PC)

My Insignia won't work with my new build, or at least the screen leaves some black borders on the right, i have already try with other TV's around my house, and it seems that its just mines.

is there anything i can do to fix it?, or is there any cheap/low budget monitor or tv that i can buy out there?

Tried to change the resolution to 1280*720, 1366*768 or 1920*1080?

You can try changing the "format" of the TV, usually it will have Full, Zoom, True, settings like that, one might be more appropriate for your output.

tried all of them, none of them worked, and all of them looked except 1920x1080 looked blurry.

i only have to options:
Stretch and Normal, and both of them fail.

is there any monitor or tv you recommend to buy tough? i think my current TV is to old.

can someone tell me if this monitor is any good?
and is there any way that i can make it 2 hdmi ports? instead of one? or should i just stick with my VGA or HDMI for my computer?

also what's a good DVI cable? and whats the difference between that and a hdmi?
