Looking for a low budget PC Monitor or TV (compatible with a PC)

My Insignia won't work with my new build, or at least the screen leaves some black borders on the right, i have already try with other TV's around my house, and it seems that its just mines.

is there anything i can do to fix it?, or is there any cheap/low budget monitor or tv that i can buy out there?

More about low budget monitor compatible
  1. Tried to change the resolution to 1280*720, 1366*768 or 1920*1080?
  2. You can try changing the "format" of the TV, usually it will have Full, Zoom, True, settings like that, one might be more appropriate for your output.

tried all of them, none of them worked, and all of them looked except 1920x1080 looked blurry.
