Here is my rig! Any suggestions or changes, I am looking for a good optical drive that's not blu-ray but can read discs fast. (want to install windows and games)

Also will the haf x fit the h100i as well as the two fans that I bought (sickleflow and megaflow) If so, where is the best place to put them?

Thanks

How is this a waste? I am using a 1440p monitor which is why I have sli

Also this is only for gaming and a good optical drive?

Aww, dont be so harsh X79 :D
My rig has gotten embarrassingly expensive and its not even on useful things

At least he hasn't wasted his cash in all the wrong places (except maybe that Platinum PSU...)

I would go for a single 780 over a dual 770's, especially playing at 1440p where the extra VRAM will actually make a difference.
You dont need Win8 Professional to take advantage of that 16GB of RAM, the normal version is fine for that unlike Win7.
Get yourself a real mechanical keyboard, not a Corsair keyboard. Look into Ducky, Daas, Coolermaster, Filco for good mechanical keyboards. Make sure to pick a keyswitch colour that suits you and your preferences.

I am going to get two 4gb 770s as one 780 plays crysis 3 on very high at 30 fps  As for the keyboard, I really like the red backlight and the mx red switches and the psu is only twenty bucks more then the gold certified
