Can I insert an SSD disk on Acer V5-571P

Do you want to replace your existing drive or use the SSD as a second drive? The specs state it has a SATA hard drive so you should be able to replace it. I doubt, but could be wrong, that there is enough room for a second drive in that case. From a quick look at the bottom of the computer (p. 28 of this manual - http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers) it appears as though you would have to remove several screws to remove the plate that covers the hard drive (did not appear to have an easily accessible drive bay).

My plan was to replace the existing drive. But if there is space to fit the SSD as a second drive that would be really nice. Can always try and report back how it went.
