I made a post earlier asking for an opinion on a 660ti, i7 based build for around 1250, but things have changed drastically since then with new funds (family wanting to contribute, since this is my graduation present to myself.)

Now I'm sitting at around a 1500 build.

As you can see, I've been able to upgrade to an asus 680, and I've sped up my ram to 2133 since some of the load has been taken off me (the entire gpu is being paid for by my proud uncle, also a gamer)

I just want some final opinions.

Notes:

1) Yes, I need all 16gb. This is also to be a college workstation, for a computer engineering degree. Programming and anything else, I want it all to be able to run and multitask like a god.

2) Yes, I want the i7 for its multithreading. I've done the research.

3) And yes, I want the Nvidia card and not an AMD equivalent, I've done my research then, and the card was already bought anyway and I'm basing my build around its purchase.

You have nice build my friend but why r u choosing gtx 680 when gtx 770is launched. It is remade of gtx 680. It has better performance than gtx 680 @ affordable price.
Your PSU is also more than enough. Go with 650-700w PSU is enough.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
