Cable managment questions

I'm not sure where I should post this, so sorry if this is the wrong location.

I just upgraded my GPU from a Radeon HD 5670 to a XFX Radeon HD 7870 DD Black Edition. The thing is huge and just barely fits in my case. Installing it was a bit of a pain mostly thanks to cables getting in the way.

The main problem (besides some IDE components I need to exchange for SATAs), is the 4-pin power connectors for my case fans (molex I think?). They are junk really, even though the fans themselves work well and are quiet. But when you try to plug them in, usually the pins in the connectors push out the back. I can make them work, but I'd rather replace them. Same some of the ones on the PSU itself.

What alternatives are there for these connectors? Are there some better ones I can buy, or is there a way to hard wire them?

Either the fan or the PSU ones, not sure which, I've already tried that. The little parts of the pins that are supposed to stick out either bend or snap off when you try to plug them in. They're extremely cheap I guess, as I've had lots of these connectors over the years that have been fine. I need to know where I can buy ones that actually work right.

I found some at Frozen CPU, but was wondering if anyone has tried them.
