BF3 graphic issues

I'm playing BF3 fine and then these weird lines and things appear

Im using a GTX 650 and the settings are medium, it worked fine when I just got the game and I think it may be the gpu.

Either gpu is dieing or overheating, your probably only seeing it in battlefield 3 because its stressing it more than other applications. If you were to run furmark I would suspect you would see the same effect.

i5 3470 3.2ghz
8gb ram corsair
seagate barracuda 500gb
500w psu
msi b75ma-p45
should i also send back my current gpu and get a new or refubished one to sell as im low on funds. btw the furmark didnt gowrong no weird marks

If your card is still under warranty I would send it back, I'm surprised you didn't get any artifacts with furmark, maybe somebody else here will have a better explanation. The rest of your system looks good but your PSU is a little underpowered. If you do decide to go with a GPU upgrade I highly recommend a decent 600-650W PSU I'm not sure a 500W could manage it.
