Intel 3000 isn't a graphics card... it's integrated graphics.
300? are you talking about a laptop or something?

It would help to know the exact make / model of the pc / laptop your trading.

Best solution

Both are integrated graphic cars, so, the perform is perfect for any basic task that you need. The HD 3000 is the best between those both, but if you want run games of high GPU demand, none of those options will give you a good or excellent visual or gaming experience.

Can you verify the graphics core?

While there is such a thing as the "Intel 3000", it's full name is the Intel HD 3000.

However, Intel 300 does not mean anything nor has Intel ever released a graphics core with "300" in the name. Not even a "GMA 300"

I am comparing the ASUS X501A and the Samsung Chronos Series 7 (700Z5B-W01UB)
I am a gamer but i don't need a sager notebook, all i really play is TF2, world of tanks, and other average graphics fps's
