Battlefield bad company 2 fps issues?

Am i the only who is getting fps drops lately in bfbc2? when i check the scoreboard my fps drop drasticly. I didnt change anything on my pc

could that be possible? cant imagine dice/ea working on bc2 while they have bf3 and just announced bf4

i5 3570k, gtx 660, 8gb ram, game on samsung 840 120gb ssd (40gb free) + 1tb wd blue

Its not my hardware since i run bf3 smooth on 1080p capped at 80fps, but it might be some driver issue, if i change drivers and they are no good i can always switch back right :) Or maybe some windows update has gone bad, but i disabled auto update ...
