The 965 BE. Keep in mind you'll need to buy a different motherboard for each proccy. The 965 BE utilizes AM3 (So it'll work in AM3 and AM3+ motherboards) whereas the A8 5600K utilizes FM2 (So it'll work in FM2 and the upcoming AM2+ socket).
The main selling point of the APUs, is that if you don't mind gaming at low-med settings, you don't have to go buy a GPU ontop of the CPU.
So yah. Get the 965.
