As we near the eve of this console generation, i have decided to convert to pc gaming.With no knowledge.Can someone please tell me if the below specifications will suffice for games now and in the near future.i want to play things like total war Rome 2 and planet-side 2 on low to medium settings. If you think i should make any adjustments please tell me as i will not order until i am 100% sure.Here we go,

Processor (CPU)
AMD FX-4130 Quad Core CPU (3.80GHz/4MB CACHE/AM3+)

Motherboard
ASUS® M5A78L-M/USB3 (M-ATX, DDR3, USB 3.0, 3Gb/s)

Memory (RAM)
8GB KINGSTON DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 8GB)

Graphics Card
2GB AMD RADEON™ HD7850 - DVI,HDMI,DP - DX® 11, Eyefinity 3 Capable

u are fine though,remember for the motherboard get the ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2 one....
buy the way what's ur budget?and what about the psu?give us the budget and we shall help u better

Yeah with low to medium settings being your goal your fine, but why pc game if you want to game on low to medium?

I was hoping to keep the cost below £600 but could stretch to £650.
The psu is this "350W Dual Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan"

the cooloing, in case you needed to know, is this "STANDARD AMD CPU COOLER"

then it's a quite good budget.First of all.a hd7850 requires at least a 500W psu so u cannot go with a 350W.now that ur budget is £650 then get yourself a corsair CX500W psu, a fx-6300 and a cooler master hyper 212 EVO cpu cooler and if possible try to get a hd7870,then u will be able to max out the games u listed on a 1080p monitor.....

lol max out with crazy fps drops, its not optimized for amd cpu's i see people with fx 8350 getting horrible frame rates but you can expect to play it atleast
