I have a Dell Optiplex 980 with an SSD running the OS. I also have 2 additional sata drives I would like to store data in. The thing I would like is to create possibly a raid 0 for the 2 separate hard drives. Is there a way to do that without reinstalling the OS again?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, but I would backup my data, just in case.
Install the RAID driver, then run the Microsoft fix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922976
Then restart, set SATA to RAID and configure the RAID array. Leave the SSD as non-member.
