$600-700 build for World of Warcraft

My budget is 600-700$
I don't need anything besides the system itself, I want SLI/Crossfire pretty bad, I don't really care about looks of the case but mainly I want it to be able to play World of Warcraft on high/ultra visual settings and run super smoothly
Intel or AMD I don't care really but AMD seems a lot cheaper
resolution is 1920x1080

I think your Idea of the requirements for WoW are a bit off.

It's a CPU intensive game. Unlike most games.. The GPU isn't used as heavy. A 660Ti will max this game out in Ultra Settings. DO NOT SKIMP ON THE CPU.

GO with either the new haswell or Ivy i5. (prolly 3570 because of cost) As stated above. Don't go Sli.. There is no reason for it at all. For the rest of the build just get quality parts. 6-700 will be pushing it but it's doable.
