So I had an old computer that I decided to take apart and I decided to take the 500gb HDD that it had and add it to my current computer. I have the SATA cable because I was able to take it out from the old computer but I was unsuccessful with the SATA power cable. Which one do I need to buy? To be specific it is a:

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10
500 Gbytes
ST3500630AS

Any more information needed can be added.

So there is no specific cable to use on a hard drive? I could use any SATA power cable?

Data = drive to motherboard
Power = PSU to drive

Power looks like this , comes from PSU ^
