No

Simple because this build had 300W PSU.Your current GPU draw all its power from the PCIe slot.Yours desired GPUs has two(one 6pin one 8pin) connectors,so will need at least 600W+ of good quality power supplies.

It will fit the board and case, but that PSU is a concern. 300W is awfully skimpy for a high-end card. You'd need to upgrade that also.

Both the 770 and the 7970 should be compatible.
I would recommend the 7970, I find that the 7970 preforms better that the 770 and also, the next games (BF4 ect.) are optimized for AMD.

Strangely enough in the item description it doesn't even mention what type of motherboard your computer has. But considering your computer currently has an AMD Graphics card, I highly doubt an Nvidia card would work.

So yes the AMD 7970 would work..

But to be honest, your current graphics card is pretty sweet. In my opinion you'd be wasting your money for a minor graphics increase...your PC is nice and fast and will last you at least 2 years without any upgrades.

So I wouldn't even mess with it!

Compatibility with the motherboard isn't the issue for you. Yes that and any modern graphics card will fit since you have a PCI-E x16 slot.

However the bigger problem (which is typically the issue with almost all iBuypower and Cyberpower rigs), is the horrible PSU you have. Its a no name 300 watt unit. Awful... There is no way you can get any decent graphics card with that PSU. You'll need to upgrade your PSU to something like this:

Stick to around 650-700 watts and only brands like Corsair or Antec. Then you can get a GTX 770 or any other card you want.

Never - never - never cut corners on the PSU.
