Here's the build:

Here's the problem:
Everything is hooked up, but when I press the power button the light flashes once and nothing happens (It doesn't turn on).

I'm wondering if this is a problem with my motherboard, power source, or case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have another power supply to try the board with.

Coolermaster PSU's for the most part are not very reliable.

As others have said, I would suspect the Coolermaster PSU. Let's just say, CM doesn't have a great reputation in terms of Power Supplies. As Blackbird said, if you have another motherboard, switch it with yours and see how that works. If not, try taking outs things like the GPU, hard drive, etc. If it still doesn't work, try borrowing a power supply from a friend or something and plug everything into that power supply. If it does the same thing, it will most likely be a problem with your motherboard. Also, did you ever hear a loud pop sound come from your PC any time during boot up previously? Does your PC smell like smoke?

Build it outside of the case , and see if you can get it to run.

There was no pop, no smoke smell, I'll just take my PSU out of this computer and see if it works (gosh darnit). I didn't realize the Coolermaster PSUs were unreliable.

Stick with Seasonic , XFX made by Seasonic , Corsair , or Antec.

It could be something else like the board , but it's best to try another power source first.

Tried my PSU in it - it worked. Fans were spinning, there was a solid LED over the power symbol. Thanks for your help, I'm very glad I don't need to get a different motherboard.
