2 SLI gtx 680 2 GB or titan?

What is the best option?
I use 1 monitor which can take 3K and some of
my games use 2K textures.
I only care about performance, noise doesn't matter since I use headset.
I'm also open for other ideas and cards.

If you use THREE monitors on 2560 x 1600 Resolution, then only a GTX TITAN's 6 GB Memory is of use.

Go for 2 GTX 780's or one will also do the work. This 2 GTX 780's will make an OVERKILL. Buy 2x only if u have enough money and saving doesn't matter to you.
