The website pcpartpicker says everything is compatible.

But I would like to know if the motherboard is compatible with Radeon 7870. Because on sapphires website. It says a X16 lane is required for the motherboard. Also, if the psu is compatible, since the 7870 requires 2X75 Watt 6-pin PCI Express power connectors and the xfx only has 1.

All is compatible.

The motherboard has two PCI-Ex16 slots; the top slot at x16, the second at x4 (use the top slot for your graphics card).
The power supply has one 6-pin PCI-E power connection and one 6+2 PCI-E power connection. These are the two you will use (just ignore the +2 of the 6+2 PCI-E power).
