NOW ON SALE WITH FREE 8GB RAM?

I saw this deal and was wondering how big of a difference there would be if any. My CPU is AMD Phenom II 955 OC to 4.0Ghz Stable, upgrading to the 8350 Next month btw.

That Asrock board is worse than your 970a-UD3, OC wise. Its power design is only 4+1 phases, while 970a-ud3 has 8+2. If you want to OC with the fx8350 whenever you get it then I wouldn't advise changing the board. I don't even think that 990fx E3 is capable of housing a 4ghz phenom ii cpu stable. But final decision is still yours, depends on whether you really want that 8gb bar or not.

THanks man! Keeping my board. I mean I got my NB Stable at 2750Mhz so I guess this board is nicer then I thought. Btw my OC is actually 4.1Ghz forgot I got it stable at 4.1
