I am building a new PC and I have three parts I salvaged from an old PC I believe I can use in my new build. The parts I am ordering new are these:

The old parts I am adding are the Hard drive, Wireless card, and Optical drives.

The names are:

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 250GB ST3250823AS

Wireless: Linksys Wireless-G PCI Adapter WMP54G

Optical Drives:
1- Phillips DVD-ROM Drive DROM6216/44
2- Hitachi/LG Data Storage GWA-4166B

Are these older parts compatible with the new parts I'm buying? Please Help!

So I can't possibly use these optical drives and the hard drive in my build?
 
There are PCI expansion cards which provide IDE connectors. Your board only has one PCI slot, so you couldn't also use the old wifi card. That might work for the optical drives though I'd advise going with a new SATA HDD.

Do you even have IDE cables though? Your board should have come with a few SATA cables and a new HDD should include one in the package too.
