I was planning on getting this $150 ITX mobo mostly for the build in sound, wifi, and free stick of 8gb RAM to save a little cash on my gaming rig.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Now the golden question: Is there a noticeable difference between 1x8 and 2x8? If there is, I'll dish out another $57 for the second stick. Otherwise, I'll keep the build at 1x8.

In reality, I don't need more than 8gb. Just wondering if the presence of another stick will cause increases in speeds, or if having only one stick will bottleneck the gaming rig. Also, the system will have W7 64-bit.

It's one 8gb stick. I thought I made that clear in the OP.
